My Approach
My approach in therapy is holistic, rooted in the belief that the therapeutic process is a transformative and collaborative journey. One that requires soul work and impacts the personal and the collective. With compassion, empathy, intuition and wisdom, I create an inclusive, non-judgemental, safe space.
I believe in decolonizing mental health, you are the expert of your own life and I am your guide for this part of your journey. My lens is culturally affirming, anti-racist, pro social justice and informed by the spiritual and creative process. I work from a strengths based perspective and help you identify your resiliency story.
I lean into mindfulness practices, the mind-body connection, therapeutic interventions from the creative arts, culturally and spiritually relevant elements to you.
I aim to support you in: empowering you towards the liberation and changes you want to make; understanding and deepening your relationship with yourself and others; becoming your most authentic self; deep healing and transformation.
